First, a little about us:

LEAF (Local Enhancement and Appreciation of Forests) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the protection and improvement of the urban forest and engages citizens in urban forest stewardship through planting, education and training.

To join us for a private stewardship event, please follow these steps:

Read our volunteer principles, safety protocol and COVID-19 precautions
Register for the event by filling out the form below
Look for an email from our Stewardship Coordinator with more details and further instructions a week prior to your planting event

I understand that if I do NOT want to appear in any photos/video, it is my responsibility to make LEAF representatives and the photographer aware of this on the day of the event; not doing so indicates that I consent to my image being taken and used in LEAF materials

Release of Liability *

I understand that accidents and injuries can arise while participating in LEAF activities. Knowing the risk, nevertheless, I agree to accept and assume all risks, loss, injury, or damage that might arise out of my services to LEAF including economic loss, injury, or damage. I further agree to release and to hold harmless LEAF, its Board Members, officers, employees, partners, funders and volunteers for all claims of personal injury and/or damage that might arise from, or be in any way connected to, my participation in LEAF activities.
