LEAF is committed to ensuring that it collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information in a manner that respects the privacy rights of individuals. The purpose of this policy is to set out policies and practices in respect of collecting, using, disclosing and safeguarding personal information. LEAF will obtain an individual’s consent to collect, use or disclose personal information. The following is a summary of our Privacy Policy. LEAF will make every reasonable effort to prevent any loss, misuse, disclosure or modification of personal information, as well as any unauthorized access to personal information. Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
What You Can Do

- At any time, you can find out what information of yours LEAF is currently using. You can update this information to ensure accuracy and improve security.
- If you receive a suspicious phone call, email or letter from LEAF that you think might be fraudulent, contact us immediately.
