Urban Forest Champion

Watch out world – this Urban Forest Champion is set to make an impact! Last year, I had the pleasure of working with Lam when she joined LEAF as a summer intern through the University of Toronto’s Environmental Studies program. On top of that, she was an outstanding member of our Young Urban Forest Leaders program. Truc-Lam (Lam) Tran is this month’s Urban Forest Champion!

Upon our first meeting, I knew there was something very special about Barbara! She was inquisitive about trees, supportive of all those around her, and eager to roll up her sleeves to get started! Barbara Anderson is this month’s Urban Forest Champion!
