Discover the beauty and environmental benefits of Rotary Frenchman’s Bay West Park! Join LEAF for a free guided virtual tree tour of the park, then explore it on your own time using our self-guided activity sheet.

Located on the southwest shore of Frenchman’s Bay in Pickering, this waterfront park is characterized by a sand bar coastal wetland, meadow and naturalized forest landscape with a variety of trees, shrubs and local wildlife.

Virtual Tree Tour: Monday, June 27th (7:00 PM – 8:30 PM)

This presentation will highlight different tree species found in the park and teach you how to identify them on your own. Learn about the role trees and green spaces play in combating climate change and walk away with a deeper appreciation for the diversity of trees in our communities.

Tour lead: Brenna Anstett, ISA certified arborist and Residential Planting Programs Manager at LEAF.
