King’s National Tree Day Community Planting

This event is in partnership with Township of King and the Regional Municipality of York.

Celebrate National Tree Day by greening the community!

Join us for an evening of tree planting at the Township of King Municipal Building in King City. Go home with your own native shrub to plant in your yard (while supplies last). All ages welcome for this family-friendly event!

Please wear

• Closed-toe shoes or boots - no sandals, please
• Gardening gloves, if you have them (we will have extras)
• Appropriate clothing – the event runs rain or shine!

Bring a re-useable water bottle - we’ll have a refill station.

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Pre-registration is closed!

Walk-ins at the event are still welcomed. See you there!
